Kiosk Ordering Process #

When logging in as kiosk, the user is greeted with a screen asking for their name to get starter. After entering their name, the user may click submit to get started. If the rewards are enabled, the customer will see a phone number input field with the rewards showing above it. Phone number is optional, although the user must enter their phone number to get rewards.

Alternatively, more languages can be selected by clicking the language selector.


The next screen shows a list of categories which then show relevant items. The screen viewed depends on weather receipt view was enabled or not during kiosk creation. We have a selection of themes to chose from.

Payment Disabled For Kiosk: #

If the Kiosk has payment disabled, then this is the final step after which the order will be placed and sent to the Kitchen printers to be printed and prepared. The screen will be reset to the first screen that showed on login and the next user may begin placing their order by entering their name.

(Note: Payment is still pending for the order and must be complete by an attendant).

Payment Enabled for Kiosk: #

If the user selects payment enabled when creating a new kiosk from the manager’s or Admin’s login, a couple options appear which include the payment type and if payment is required. If the Kiosk has Payment required, then the order will not be complete until payment is submitted for the order, after which the order is fired to the kitchen printers. The three different types of payment options for kiosk include:

  • Credit Card Payment
  • Clover Connected Payment 
  • QR Payment (Scan to Pay)
