Getting Started

Download and Install Dine-N-Go #

To get started, download and install the DineNGo app from the clover market place, by clicking here. After you have successfully installed DineNGo to clover, you may access the app and register through one of two ways:

  • Access It on a tablet
  • Access on PC/Computer (Recommended)

Access It on a Tablet: #

After installation, you may scan the QR code with a tablet or device to navigate directly to the application login screen. Alternatively, you may use the browser and navigate to https://dinengo.net.

Access It on a Computer/PC: #

It is preferred to finish setup on a PC/Computer. To Access the app through a computer, open chrome and navigate to https://dinengo.net.

Registration and Login #


Registration #

After going through the download and installation process here, you should be on the DineNGo Login page. From there, click on Register (New User) to create a new account. Alternatively, you may click Login with Clover on the login screen to automatically register an account.

Note: Default username & password if used Login with clover are:
Username: Email associated with clover account
Password: Clover Device Pin for Owner

If you proceed to register a new account yourself, Click Register and complete the form.

On the register page, you will be asked to fill a couple information fields to create an account.

  • First Name: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name: Enter your last name.
  • Organization Name: Enter your company name.
  • Abbreviation Of Organization: This is a short, usually 3-4 letters, that are a unique identifier for you organization. For ex: if your organization name was Driven Software Solutions, then one unique org identifier can be “dss” which is an abbreviation of the company name. Later when you create tables and kiosk, this will be added to the usernames converting them into emails. So in our example above, if we create a table named “Table1”, to login, we will use “Table1@dss.com” and the password created.
  • Email: Enter your email.
  • Password: Enter a secure password.
  • Logo (optional): Optionally, we allow you to use your company logo if you choose. This will help with branding and marketing.

After filling all the required fields, click register and login with the new account created.



Login #

To login:

  1. Navigate to https://dinengo.net.
  2. Continue to login with your admin, manager, kiosk or table login credentials. (On first login, after Authentication you will be routed to clover to login to your merchant account.
  3. Login to your Clover merchant account.
  4. Choose the merchant.
  5. Login to https://dinengo.net again if prompted.
  6. You should be routed to corresponding home screen.
