Login To Table Device #
To Login a tablet or device for table ordering you will need a kiosk app. You may use your preferred kiosk app or the one we recommended.
To setup a table ordering device:
navigate to https://dinengo.net –> Login as Manager or Admin –> Click Settings –> Click Accounts & Profiles –> Click the three dote on the top right –> click Login to table device.
A popup with instructions will appear, from there you may login by scanning the QR code or by manually logging on with the email and one time passcode provided.
(Note: You may use the One Time Passcode or the Admin’s password to login. The OTP expires after one use and a new one is generated. This same OTP or admin’s password is required to logout of Table device as well.)
Creating an Order on a Table Kiosk #
Tables are a unique form of kiosk. For Table kiosks, an active tab is generated each time an order is placed from the table Kiosk. That tab remains active until the tab is paid either through clover or through the Dine-N-Go app. These table kiosk act as a kiosk that maintains a tab for the customer and allows them to add to that tap as well as close it and start a new one through payment. Tables have payments disabled by default but can be changed under settings –> Accounts.
Upon login, you will be greeted with an order page similar to the adding to order process of the manager. From here you may click View Tab & Pay to see the current items on the table and or pay for the tab (payment enabled required). ( You can see on image 1.2, the order from the Manager User from the “Dining (Manager/Admin Ordering)” are still on the table because the tab is still open. This will reset once the tab is paid for). To pay for the tab, customers may select one of the payment options available. Table users accepts all payments except clover connected payment.
To order, go to the Place Order tab and select the categories and add the needed items to your cart. You may also add modifiers and a custom note to the order as shown below.
You can see the number of items in cart change as you add more and more items to the cart. After you are done adding items, click the cart icon from anywhere to review and submit your order. After the order has been placed, you will be routed to the Review & Pay Tab section. Until the user submits the order in cart, the order is not placed.
Review & Pay Tab #
For Table kiosks, an active tab is generated each time an order is placed from the table Kiosk. That tab remains active until the tab is paid either through clover or through the DineNGo app. When a customer places an order from the table kiosk, they have an order associated to the table. At this point, the user can order items separately, multiple times and it will attach them to the same order. Once the User is ready to checkout, he/she may pay through clover or the DineNGo app directly (if payment enabled) to clear the tab and start a new order for the next customer.
To review items on the table, Click the Review & Pay Tab. There the user will see a list of items ordered. To checkout and close the order, simply click the payment options you would like to used.
(Note: The pay now option will only be visible if payment is enabled by an Admin or Manager for that Table).
If payment is enabled, clicking Pay By Cart will take the user to the tip screen where they may choose the desired tip.
After selectin tip the user will be asked to enter their credit card information and email, for the receipt. If the payment is successful, they will be taken to the success screen and a receipt will be emailed to the email provided. Going back to View Tab & Pay shows the table is empty and ready for a new user and order.
Table Games #
While the customer waits for their food, they can indulge themselves in some fun games. Weather it is a single player or a group. Some currently supported games include chess and tic tac toe. To access these games, users may click the Games tab in the left menu.
From there you may choose the corresponding game and Get Right To It! More games to come in the future.
